F4J Canada is the official Canadian arm of the new civil rights action
group campaigning internationally to bring truth, justice and equality
to family law - Fathers 4 Justcie. Along the way there are some
things we'll be doing in this country:
F4J Canada will tirelessly promote every child's RIGHT to be raised
by both parents in the event of separation and divorce;
F4J Canada will demand an end to the systemic removal of one parent
from children's lives - usually the father - by family courts;
F4J Canada will demand the basic civil and human RIGHT to enjoy a
meaningful, loving relationship with one's own children;
F4J Canada will advocate for the dismantling of Canada's family law
system, to be replaced by a fair, balanced and transparent rules based
environment;
F4J Canada will expose the daily injustices that occur in family
courts in every jurisdiction in the country, and bring them to the
attention of the public;
F4J Canada will expose the bias against fathers in family matters,
and its advocates; and
F4J Canada will disseminate peer reviewed research demonstrating
that our position best serves children, the family unit and society;
To this end, in the face of a government that lacks the courage to stand
up for children of divorce, F4J Canada will conduct a coordinated campaign
of NON-VIOLENT DIRECT ACTION against ALL areas of the current family law
system, ALL its vested interests and ALL its supporters;
Let it never be said that OUR agenda was kept secret.
